Women's Conference & Tea
Saturday, October 10 from 1-4 P.M.
"TEA FOR TWO"
Our theme, "Tea for Two," refers to "Jesus and Me."Our lives can be like tea bags immersed in water, steeping for the fullness of flavor. The longer we steep in God’s Word, the stronger we become in Him.
We will begin the event with afternoon tea. Wear your fanciest hat and white gloves if you have them. If you would like to be a hostess or a server for the event, please contact Linda Hartz at 804-928-7958 or Karla Ogden at 804-338-2453.
Our speaker, Francine Haymes, believes God invites each of us to sit at His table and steep in His Word. You are invited to come do just that as we reflect on the character of God through His revealed names. Francine has led multiple retreats and conferences in addition to serving for several years as a Teaching Director for Community Bible Study. After completing her career as a school counselor, she worked for a time with the International Mission Board. Her greatest joys are found in her family and serving within her local church.
